Postal vouchers are generally sent via first-class post within 2 working days, with a maximum delay of 5 days. Orders made before Christmas in December are assured to be mailed the following workday. For urgent needs outside of December, please inform us and we will endeavour to help.
Email vouchers are dispatched immediately and should be received within 5 minutes.
